Athene award 2020: award for teaching excellence
The “Athene Award for Teaching Excellence” from the Carlo and Karin Giersch foundation at TU Darmstadt is awarded to our Insitute in November 2020.
The award winners are Professor Dr. Christoph Glock, Dr. Fabian Beck, Heiko Diefenbach, Marc Füchtenhans, Julian Best and Kerstin Spiehl. The award was attributed to the successful adaptation of the institute's digital teaching in the summer semester 2020.
The institute would like to sincerely thank the student body and the jury for this great award!

Dr. Eric Grosse – Athene Young Investigator
In 2017, Eric Grosse was elected as a Athene Young Investigator. The program was designed to qualify researchers for the post of university professor. During this time, Eric Grosse obtained certain professorial rights and received his own budget.

On the International Conference on Sustainable Supply Chain Management under Indian’s G20 Presidency (SSCM-G20), organised by the Association of Inventory Academicians and Practitioners (AIAP), Prof. Dr. Christoph Glock received the AIAP Excellence Award 2023.
